"For a national chain of oil and tire service, why do they close at 6 pm on weekends. Other speedco stays open till 8 pm on weekends. They don't use 3 oil change bays. Employee said it was closed for cleaning. It's probably a lie, but who knows. Always short on help, never fast like it should be. The average oil change is more than an hour. it should be done in 30 minutes. I could explain to the supervisor how to be more efficient with someone's time or how to multi task . I believe I'm not alone with my opinion. Waited all night for them to open at 8:00 am, still not open at 8:30 am. Called the shop, asked what time do they open. The man said 8:00 am, I said we're all lined up at 8:15 and you're not open yet. He said they come in at 8 and have to open up the register and stuff. The way I was taught is your ready at opening time with all your pre opening responsibilities. Might need to look at the leadership here at Joplin MO. Last time here for me at this location"
"Came with a hub seal replacement on the truck. Got called in 30 min, James professionally did all the work. Reasonable price at the end. Nice & chill people work there. Good job guys ;)"
"Hi there. They find a non-existent breakdown and add this work to the check without doing anything. They tore off the air hose from my truck and told me what to do. They also wrote about replacing break chambers. My old ones are in excellent condition. There are no questions about changing the oil; it is necessary to fire three workers from there."
"Most worthy place in the World. Almost NO mechanics, just unqualified “technicians”, spent $2000 in August 2021 for trailer bearings, seals and replacement in 3 months both drivers side leaking and gone (2 places), paying another $2000 for GoodyYear shop, one month later losing both wheels, seal and bearings at Third place and paying another $3500, came to complain, they laughs about. Even an oil change is a big problem over there, they let people jump in front of you without line… Shame on this place and people !!!"
