"Food was great, although the service could definitely have been better. I stood inside for several minutes waiting to be seated and then were taken to a table that was still dirty, and requested for it to be wiped off but it never was. Our food was delivered but we still didn't have any silverware so we had to go ask for some, had to go ask for straws for our drinks, and had to go ask for things we asked to have with our meal when we ordered that wasn't brought with the food. We had a rewards offer for 20% off of our meal but when they scanned it the register only took off 10%, and when the waitress asked the manager to come fix it she was told he was "too busy to deal with that and there was nothing we could do other than pay it as it is." And the restrooms were disgusting, my daughter needed to use the restroom but when we saw them I would not allow her to use them because they were so nasty"

"We had the best waitress ever came in there all sleepy uptight when I left I was ready for the day she was beautiful considerate fast caring I could go on and on loved it"

"Entire store was dirty, and not like you can blame a rush as it wasn’t busy. This was what my drink was served in. How do you miss something like that? Reported it to the health dept and definitely not returning."

"Slow and then my order was wrong and they refused to give me a refund and told me to come back a day when the manager is working. The joke will be on the business owner because I’m just going to have my bank reverse the payment. The photo below was my grand slam! Got home and my ham and cheese omelette was apparently ham hash browns. I was patient for the 15 minutes it took them to try to figure out how to take my order and run my card. It’s ridiculous that people think they can operate a business a such a be profitable when everything sucks!"
