"I never write reviews… and when I do they’re almost exclusively negative to warn others, BUT I needed to write a review to commend the young lady working the phone. There was inconsistency with my order total and what was withdrawn from my account so I called the store…. To be honest I was already assuming it was going to be met with attitude and difficulty as are most customer service calls… especially during a dinner time rush. I was extremely delighted because she answered the call with no impatience or irritability in her tone. I explained my inquiry and she explained why the inconsistency occurred, said they would make sure I get the receipt and was overall very professional and pleasant."

"Have never left a review of this particular Puzza Hut, but tonight crossed the line. Being cursed at over the phone when your pizza is being delivered is uncalled for. I felt bad for the driver. He was super nice and felt very awkward. Because he knew we could hear her saying the "f" word about us over the phone. They really need to do an employee makeover at this restaurant. Went to confront the employee who was cursing for no reason, and of course, "she didn't do that" It was us that was cursing at her. Will definitely be reaching out to the General Manager. Beyond ridiculous!"

"Ordered from here last night. Everything was right, including the dips, pizza modifications, the sides, and it was all still hot after getting plates. Super satisfied."

"Update now it's my 4th time and food is good and hot, delivery drivers are always nice and quick. Still no complaints! 2nd time ordering from here and I'm a happy customer! Ordered the Pepperoni Lovers Melt and Lemon Pepper Boneless Wings, all items are perfect. Food was delivered fast, delivery driver was friendly! Great job Pizza Hut @ Raytown!"

"Order wasn't correct. Supposed to be thin crust. Pics for proof of purchase and product received. Shame. Pizza Hut is the only place in town that didn't take 2 hours for pickup/delivery (looking at you dominos/papa johns). However, they can't get the order right. 1 star, +1 for timeliness."
