"Haven't been to a subway in along time, and saw the menu really changed with numbers now. I was so lost but saw new stuff to like foot long pretzel and churro and cookie lol, I was like next time on those. So I made a quick pick and got the outlaw just because of the baja sauce lol. It was good will I get it again.. no I'll get something else but keeping the baja sauce. Thank you"

"My husband and I love coming here to get sandwiches. But tonight, October 28, 2023 around 7 or so we came in and was not greeted, how are you. The man behind the counter was upset, throwing pans on the floor. Very unprofessional and wasn't friendly. I tried to get a soda and their machine wasn't working very well. Seemed like the CO2 was out in several drinks. We might come back, I don't want him to wait on us again."

"I recommend avoiding this location. If you order online and the employees can’t properly make your order they flat out refuse to refund your order. They only refer you to cancel it yourself which isn’t possible. I’ve worked at many food locations that take online orders in the past and all of them were more than happy to cancel orders for customers when there is legitimate reason to. The nameless female employee who I unfortunately got to deal with in person refused to give me her name only indicating her manager as “Brandy” who was absent this particular day and says Brandy already knows they give out bad customer service and that they refuse to answer phones after contacting customers over issues creating food for online orders. Subway either needs to train the employees at this location how to cancel orders or stop taking prepayment for online orders all together."

"They have recently remodeled the place,looks great, it sets the same atmosphere for the service and quality of food! Love those meatball subs!! Subway on 24hwy & sterling is the bomb! Been going there for 5yrs+"
