"If i could give 0 stars I would. We were seated at a table that had food all in the seats so we had to sit ourselves at a different booth. Our waitress whom never gave us her name couldn't seem to remember anything from our drinks to our order. It took us 27 minutes from the time we got seated to just get a water. A guest in my group ordered a smoothie and received it in a dirty cup. About 10-15 minutes after that we were finally able to order our food. But when she came to the table she stood there in front of our table on her phone and wouldnt answer any questions until she finished. When asked if she was on her phone her response was “ I am, I have a 3 year old” when asked to speak with a manager multiple times we were told he was handling some “big business” in the back and couldnt come out to speak with us. The waitress then asked if we wanted to switch waiters since we had an issue with her. This location is very unprofessional from management down to waiters. I highly don’t recommend at all. As they do not care about their customers. We left as we will not spend money where we are not welcomed."
"The food was delicious. We ate from the 2 for 25 deal. The services were large enough that we both needed a doggie bag. Our host was pleasant as he explained there was a problem in the kitchen and there would be a 15 min wait to be seated. I thought that was odd because the tables were empty and people were seated at the bar. But, ok. Our waiter was rushed, but he got our food right. He did check on us several times and even gave us to go drinks so that made up for it."
"Update 2.22.24 We went again. Ordered Pepsi got root beers. Out of 57 sauce. Steak over cooked. Blah. Server was nice tho. Cute hair, Chloe. .......................... Our favorite Applebee's on 40 hwy closed so we had to go to Raytown. We were there for an hour before we even got our salads. Worth mentioning we were one of five tables in the whole place. Took and hour and a half for three of us to get our food. The fourth plate came out 15 minutes later. Mostly slop."
"Left with a bad taste. HORRIBLE is an understatement. We were played with about our food. To start off we were seated and waited for about 15 minutes before we were actually seen. After which, we waited 45 minutes for our actual food to come out, which we didn't mind as much until they brought out the wrong food for one of our people, something we kindly understood. According to the manager was due to the employee giving a wild guess since she's new? So now 3 out of 4 people in our table had food, which we continued to wait for the last meal. According to the manager this mistake was due to this new employee not knowing the menu and giving it a wild guess even though when ordered we pointed at the pictures and said the exact names. Everyone got done eating 45 more minutes later and the single person in our group had yet to receive their new order. At which point, we asked for this remaining order to be cancelled due to the amount of time waiting and spent and not wanting to pay it at which the manager said he was not charging the burger anyways and we asked for the meal to go in that case. One person in our group sat there and watched everyone eat and remained hungry for the entirety of the time there until we got them food at a BETTER restaurant. Still ruined the entire experience. I'm not finished though, there's more. Towards the end of our experience, (still waiting for this one to go burger ) we were ready to pay. We were given the receipt by the manager and he disappeared for another 45 minutes which we waited for the burger that never arrived and waited to be checked out. We had to get up and go to the back where we had to ASK to pay a couple times until the manager finally checked us out and when we asked about our burger to go, the manager replied with I thought you didn't want it- then admitted he knew we wanted it but that he sold the previous one to someone else, that he could get another one made ( another 45 minutes of excruciating hunger)(even though I asked to just put it in a to go box not to sell it to someone else) at this point for the peace of this establishment which was disgustingly falling apart due to negligence whether it's from the business or management, we left without the burger. As of now, an hour after leaving this establishment we are requesting a FULL refund and will escalate this as far as needed. Not only was the service atrociously repugnant, but we spent most of the time worried about our meals, one meal was never received, we were unattended for an hour at a time, even after given our ticket ignored, given wrong items, and treated with unimportance. We also never properly signed my ticket as no one had a working pen which was sketchy so we need the entirety of that receipt cancelled. We were there for entirely TOO long. I saw customers warning other customers to not invest their time. We were all invested at the time due to the amount of time we spent there already, but everyone was warning new comers to beware of the amount of time wasted and difficulty they were about to experience. We saw customers SEATING themselves looking around confused and later leaving due to lack of service. We ordered food and got an OVERPRICED HEADACHE with the worst customer service and restaurant experience by far!"
