Church's Texas Chicken 9325 Blue Ridge Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64138

"I ordered the shrimp and fries box with okra on the side.. As I come to the window the man with a pony tail hands me my food, I go look to check my food and it's missing the fries, so I asked him " where's my fries" , He says he substituted my okra .. I asked why bc I asked for it on the side, then he goes he'll charge me for the fries $3 more.. My fries were supposed to come with the box. But he insisted on me paying for fries. THAT'S NOT RIGHT.."

"Nicest Church's restaurant I have ever been to. The gentleman at the counter was super nice, he even came and took everything off our table when he saw us getting up to do it, my mom and I are both disabled and we really appreciated it! The restaurant is very clean, the food, wonderful"

"I know it is a busy location. But they don't get orders right then make you wait forever to fix their mistakes. . Churros are super greasy. Chicken strips are super anorexic and small. Their chicken fried steak is under cooked"

"I have never had any problems with this location's Church's but for the 2nd time, this was not good. The 1st time, this is what I got for $3.99. 2 SMALL spicy legs and 1 SMALL spicy thigh and now this. I paid $8.49 for a #3, 3 piece tenders w/a side and a drink. If you are noticing this posting, the mild tenders I received was very small. I ate one but otherwise the entire order was not good at all because of the size of those tenders. This is unacceptable and I hope Church's sees this listing. For me to pay $9.50 for this order is not right and hopefully Church's will fix this but I don't think they will."
