"Not impressed. I would give them a zero rating, if I could. I've been in negotiations with Mid America on the purchase of a new camper. Before nailing down a price, at my request, was able to speak with the finance guy (because the sales guy was outside his area of actual knowledge with regard to answering my questions). We were unable to complete the conversation. Finance guy stated he would call me back with the info requested. He never did. I called back to followup that same day, my sales rep tried telling me he had the answers to my questions he didn't have, which is why I was referred to the finance guy in the first place. I asked for the finance guy to return my call as he stated he would. Many days later, that call continues to remain unreturned. When it came down to negotiate the trade-in, I was low balled. I stated it wasn't enough, and wanted to know how they came up with that number. Their reply, instead of responding to my question was: "What were you trying to get". I told them what tradein value was per JD Powers, it's what they use and the banks use for evaluation, and said: "Let me know either way", if that counter was acceptable. To date, no response has yet been made regarding my response to their question in the final negotiations of what was otherwise to be a guaranteed sale! Not sure what the problem is other than the "Good 'Ole Boy System" working at its finest. It's their job to look out for their interests. It's my job to look out for mine. But somehow it seems, being a woman, it's unacceptable to stand up for the actual real value of your well kept camper. They apparently expected me to take $2,300 less than listed trade-in value. Communication and common manners seem to be lacking here. If they didn't like my counter, seems they could have said so, instead of ghosting me. If they didn't get my text reply seems they would have/should have, followed up. I just see it as they are looking for an easy mark. Won't be doing business with them ever or again. They lost out on a $32,000 cash sale. Oh well. Don't bother sending your typical note after your poor reviews. I'm not gonna call you, and I don't care. The facts speak for themselves. Live with the consequences. Found the same camper, same year, for more than $2,000 less than your offer. Saved me a bundle. Thanks! UPDATE to the Mid America response: I actually Live 10 minutes down the road from this business, which was offered the opportunity to evaluate the camper in person. I live in the camper, so wasn't going to pack it up to move it when my guess is hald the employees there pass by my RV park on their way home, since I'm right off the highway this business sits on. I sent videos, better than pictures. I asked how they came up with their bid. They failed to respond to my counter. So stating in response that more goes in than an online appraisal really sidesteps the issues: the failure to communicate being one of them. We are about 1 to 2 weeks now since that RV show you referred to. Never busy when I visited your place. So an excuse as far as I am concerned. Perhaps more staff needs to be hired, or extended, paid hours to your staff for the additional work. Either way, this is all part of customer service, and the failure to provide it falls upon managemt's shoulders, if your reason for my issues is: low staffing. Customer are not numbers. We are human beings who deserve to be treated respectfully. Sadly, that was lacking in this interaction. It's cost you business and reputation."

The gentleman who went explained the ins and outs of our new coach was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The financial manager was equally knowledgeable about his products and explained everything throughly. He was kind and considerate and did his job very well.
