"I miss3d a whole appointment. I called and apologized and told them I would give them extra if they would get me in that I was having family matters and I was met with the most kind inviting you don't have to pay a extra but we will get you rescheduled and they could have charged me for replacing everything I had bought in Parts but they were honest and told me that I didn't need all of them to save me money. These are a wonderful bunch of people. I felt like part of their family. Highly recommend I don't give very many fives at all this is truly deserved."
"Friendly service and very fair pricing. I would do business there again. Cozey waiting room while they preform services."
"Really great people. I took my mother-in-law's car in for a oil change and there was a free tire rotation. Glad they for her because he back two tires were in bad shape. Plus it was all done in about 30 minutes!!"
"My son and I installed new upper and lower control arm assemblies on my truck. Then I took it to Hunter Tire in Carthage, MO Nice people to talk too till after the alignment. Because they took a hammer or something beat on it to adjust it on the control arm bushing. I feel like before you damage a costumers vehicle they should call the customer. And tell them we can not get this to move. And not do the job rather damage brand new parts. It is not like the adjustment bolts were stuck considering you have to remove them to install the upper control arm assemblies. No one wants to buy new parts then have anybody damage said parts. Where is the professionalism in the work force today. I tried to talk to them about it and they feel they did nothing wrong. I might understand it if the parts were old but they are new or were. I paid good money for the parts and in the end I paid them bang them up. What a shop I will be telling anybody that will listen. Now I need to have someone else look at it to make sure it is safe to drive."
"After taking my families vehicles here for 20 plus years that sadly is coming to an end. After noticing excessive wear on my front tires of a new to me car I took it in for an alignment. After charging me for a full alignment the tech stated that I needed additional work to fix a problem with adjustment. Later I took vehicle in for this repair. Almost 300 dollars later the problem was still not fixed. I took to my local mechanic and he stated that the front end could have not been inspected because the lower ball joint was beyond worn and the wheel bearing was as well. I called to make my complaint and was told the work should have been done there so they would not warranty my alignment. I also told them I would have been happy to have had that work done in house if they would have actually caught the obvious problem. Customer service is everything."
