Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

"I love Freddy’s but this is the absolute worst location. Fries are old and chewy. The bun was stale. The guy taking our order was struggling with 4 topping on my burger and never got it right. Kept putting his fingers in his mouth. Then handed us our cups. They never gave us our custard, charged us wrong. I counted 8 employees and only 2-3 guest inside. Trash cans overflowing. We’ve given this location a couple tries and are done."

"We go to Freddy’s weekly and this store time and time again disappoints us. We keep giving them chances with it being right next door to our house hoping it was just a bad time but every time it is bad. Putting strawberry pure in my Togo Dr.Pepper when I didn’t ask for it. Fries being soggy and tasteless when it is so busy they should be fresher. Today we went and ordered a chicken club sandwich it came out with no bacon hardly any lettuce or tomato. My boyfriend ordered a Cali burger it came out as something totally different with no jalapeño which he asked for and was on the ticket. I got a side of cheese sauce and it looked old and like it had been sitting out. Fries were awful. We go to the other Freddy’s in our area and we love them it just sucks this one is so poorly managed and has no pride in their work."

"Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place, let alone at any Freddy's. An employee was smoking right outside the front door when we got there. She later walked in and did not even wash her hands. The first cashier straight up walked away from the register while we were looking at the menu. The next one took forever to even show up while I was standing there waiting to order. After finally getting to the register, she didn't say a single word and just stared at me until I started ordering. She was too busy complaining about a coworker with another coworker and failed to get part of our order right (plaint cheeseburger had everything BUT cheese on it). The part of it that she did get right (next cheeseburger with no onions) the kitchen messed up and put onions on it. We had to move tables because the first one we sat down at had ants on it due to food not being properly cleaned off. The trash cans were completely full and this place was not busy enough that they couldn't be emptied. There were only three people that came in while we were there and maybe a half a dozen cars came through the drive thru. The employees were all just standing in the back talking. The only redeeming quality was the food that was correct tasted good. My gut told me as soon as we walked in to turn right around and leave, and I should have listened. I am glad that all the other Freddy's we've been to have not been like this, because if this had been my first time I would never go to another Freddy's again."

"For the past 3 weeks every single time I go there the fries are cold, some sort of dark brown color, and half full. The manager was very rude to me on the phone and gave me a lot of unnecessary attitude. I was very shocked that a manager would compose herself like that when it was a simple complaint. Will not return."

"The food at this Freddy’s is consistently below par. The buns are often wet and soggy from excessive water/grease. And my order was completely wrong too."
