"Terrible portion size for what you pay for. I ordered the plate option with orange chicken and the “premium” firecracker shrimp. There was an additional $1.50 upgrade for the shrimp, which I can understand because shrimp cost more but you should get more than 5 pieces of shrimp. With how small that portion was it made me count the orange chicken which was 10 little pieces. For almost $13 you should get more chicken and if there’s going to be a “premium” up charge for something there needs to be more than 5 pieces. Not worth it never returning."

"Make sure to not get the old lady as she'll under portion you in comparison to all other workers. One scoop of orange chicken when it's 1.5 and one teriyaki breast with. I said for here but asked for a Styrofoam box. She kept with the plate. Must be a comprehension or language barrier. Place was clean, food was fresh."

"They are usually good at the drive thru but DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT ONLINE ORDER!!!! They make you come in which is fine then made me wait over 15 minutes after the "ready time" and just assume you are all Doordash and ignore you and help everyone else even when there is a line."

"Seen this halfway through eating. only way to prevent this is to check your food I guess. They did not seem to care when I brought it to their attention and didn’t seem very likely she was about to go till the cook about it either."

"This happened a few weeks back. Used the app for the first time, thinking it would be faster. When I arrived there was one older lady handling the take out orders. She was overwhelmed and none of the other 8 employees helped out. More than one person was standing around not doing anything at any given time. All the takeout orders took forever, the line was cleared multiple times and the old lady is the only one working on take out, AND SHE WOULD STILL HELP THE LINE. Don't want to go into details but after waiting over 15 min I just went and stood in line and stood there until my order was made, 3 different employees started it and walked away. In the middle of this the supervisor came from the back, not to work but to talk to a lady that had just walked in, he knew her, they spoke spanish, I speak spanish. He hooked her up with some free food and was completely oblivious to how poorly the place was being run. I know they are probably making a killing just on volume alone but this place is terrible. The food is mediocre at best. The app is terrible and will take you WAY longer to get your food."
