"First time eating at Shack breakfast and Lunch. It was a very busy Saturday morning and one of the waitresses greeted us. It was extremely busy and she sat us very quickly. I wish I had her name for this review as she did outstanding. Food was also a 10 out of 10. The breakfast sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. I don't live in Kansas City but next time I'm visiting I will definitely stop there."

"Food was really good! Hash brown and fries were crisps like we asked and everything was seasoned. I didn’t even remember to get a pic of the fries they were so good lol Service got a 4 because we weren’t told refills on drinks weren’t free and the wait when it was pretty empty that day."
