"This is one of the most horrible places to go to. I don't mean Wendy's... I mean THIS location. The employees here are absolute TRASH. The food is barley warm, the fries are cold and they couldn't care less that you've been standing there for a half a god damn hour waiting to be waited on. Seriously... It took 20 mins for the jackass manager to tell me he'd be right with me then it took at least another 10-15 mins for him to take my order. Just close this location or fire the trash that works here and redo the staff or just close it down."

"I have ordered food from this location twice now and both times the order has not been correct. The first time I was missing items and the bacon and cheese sauce that comes on my sandwich was missing. Today I am missing the ranch sauce I asked for as well as my food is incorrect. I asked for no crispy onions and extra cheese sauce (that I was charged for) instead they put onions on and not only didn’t add the extra cheese sauce but also did not put on the other cheese say that originally comes with my sandwich!"
