"After 20 years of receiving decent service, the general Manager that I’ve never seen before comes in and decides that she’s going to be a tyrant over 60 cents. The menu states you get 2 dressings per orders of 6 wings. I had two orders of 6 wings and she said since it was buy one get one 50% she won’t give me more than 2. That doesn’t even make sense! At very least that would mean you get 3 but you should still honor the 2 dressings per order of 6. She was aggressive as soon as she heard my voice in the phone because the prior Tuesday I asked for the 4 sauces for both orders. She was very rude, called me by name which I hadn’t given to her.. I felt targeted and bullied. BWW is loosing a loyal 20+ year customer. I will start a special fund and just make wings at home instead or go to Wing Stop where I’m sure they’ll like my business for the next 20 years."

"I want to commend Noah for exceptional service last nignt 1/25/24. He was sat 5 tables back to back and handled the chaos exceptionally. We have been to this location a few times with not great service and were not going to return. After last nights experience we will continue coming knowing Noah will be there to be our exceptional server."
