"Dr. Planter and his team are seriously the best I’ve ever had. I can’t remember the gentleman that was the assistant for my appointment, but he was incredibly kind and reassuring and brought me a snack and turned off the lights to help me with the anxiety I had before my appointment. The doctor took his time and was always checking in with me. Not to throw shade, but I went to Shine for years before I started going to Smiles and I’m just blown away by the extra steps Smiles takes for the patient. The bathroom is also clean and well kept. Can’t recommend this place enough!!"

"Hygienists are nice, most of the receptionists are friendly but I hardly have the dentist come in after the hygienist. He hardly looks at my children’s teeth either. I called Friday before I confirmed todays appointment to see if the dentist would be there and they said he would. I had X-rays and he didn’t come in to go over them (when I called to cancel the next 4 appointments we have they said he usually comes in after X-rays). Super weird to me. There were several other things that has led to me finding a new dentist but this was by far the one that did it for me the most."
