"I am so grateful to Dr. Bradley Laird and his staff. Dr. Laird helped me out with an emergency today, I moved to the Joplin Missouri area last June from NJ/NYC area knowing only a few extended family members. Very scary to have a serious dental problem 1,500 miles away from the dentist I have had for the last 40 years. I am used to the most ethical and excellent treatment. Dr Laird was highly recommended by several coworkers of mine. I was scared and now relieved after seeing Dr. Laird. A true professional who goes above and beyond and is very skilled at his craft. I had no idea he also served in our military, I read more about him after I saw him. His educational and practical background is excellent as well. The dental assistant Kensey was very compassionate and caring to me and I appreciate that as well. I recently lost both my mom last year and now my dad as well in the past couple of months and my grief has been palpable. I highly recommend Dr. Bradley Laird and will report back to coworkers who are interested in the quality of care I received from Dr. Laird. The two coworkers who recommended Dr. Laird were correct, he's excellent. I give 5 stars plus. Thank you for your expertise and compassion in my hour of need."

"Awesome Dr. ! Awesome staff ! He saved a broken molar with a huge cavity. On one root canal. I have had one surgery and a bone graft and zero pain for my pre implant work ups . If he can save it he will. Truly a saint. His staff is really awesome with the injections I felt no pain. Not even the shot my last visit and he removed bone. So I am happy. The staff cradled my head so there was zero movement Truly caring people. I can't rate them good enough."

"Dr. Laird and staff were very friendly. However, he does not treat patients like individuals. He treats patients as drug seekers who deserve the pain he sends them home with. It is just easier for him to let honest people suffer than try to figure out what is going on and help with pain. I’m sure you can see more patients if you don’t care and tell yourself and staff it’s the patients fault for not tolerating the pain."

"The consultation was great! He and his staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. As for the procedure...well I don't remember anything about it thanks to the fantastic medication I was given (which is the point). My ride to the procedure said that everything went great and they were very nice and helpful throughout my arrival to the office and departure."
