"Located in the Bluhawk Cosentino's, it's just as good as the original, but with better parking, albeit limited weekday hours (late afternoons and evenings). You can eat in if you really want to, but this place is more designed with takeout in mind."
"I called told the person who answer the phone that the pizza was undercooked. As you can see in the photo that the dough was not fully done. The way he responded with "what do you want me to do about it" baffles me, he was very rude. At first I wanted it replaced becauae it was suppose to be my lunch for my 13 hour shifts. I had no way of getting it replaced because they closed at 8 and I didn't get off work til 9:30. After telling him that he responded again" so what do you want me to do about it" I asked for a refund and he well you need to contact door dash. I did and got my refund. Not long after they try to call me. I didn't answer so they texted telling me they were willing to replace it and they will take it to me. I declined. Not once but twice because one I didn't really Appreciate the customer service I got. Two I ended up with diarrhea after eating the raw dough. So I avoided the whole thing and just decided that this was my first and last visit. I also work in customer service and that guy has no customer service. I was nice about the situation after paying $30 bucks for a personal size pizza not even a large. But he had the f**k you and dont really care attitude. So I took my full refund and learned to never go back."
"Didn’t think there was way to make poor pizza but this team has managed to find a way. Our first mistake was not reading earlier poor reviews that were spot on (soggy undercooked crust). Second mistake was when we didn’t walk away when the register employee started responding to personal text when we asked a question about ordering. Next time we will drive the extra mile for better pizza."
"Third and last time. I used to love Waldo Pizza but sadly this is the third time they undercooked the pizza dough again. I have told them before about this issue doesn’t seem to be getting fixed."
"A low quality gas station pizza. This is not like the original Waldo Pizza. Ordered a Tex Mex pizza and there was no taco meat that I could tell. Ordered and paid for a 14" - was given a 12" pizza. Crust was soggy. This was paid for with a gift card that had a surcharge applied. I've never heard of this before. 3 times ripped off on this deal."
