I researched a lot of tire dealers and came to Discount Tire in Joplin base on the positive reviews. I chose Michelin Pilot All Season tires and John and the team did an outstanding and professional job from the minute I arrived at the store this morning. The drive home was very smooth and am very pleased with them and the team here and would highly recommend this business."

"Ordered online and had my tires put on. It was fairly easy…too good to be true. As I drove off my tire sensor monitoring system wasn’t working. I made a trip back and after being told it worked well it didn’t. The next day I went back and again after being told it was fixed and didn’t. Now after 4 trips including my initial tire mount I found out they replaced my metal stem and sensor with a different one and it STILL did not work. There is no records of them replacing the stem and sensor during the installation. I would stay away, it seems they have kids that are under trained working on your vehicle. Not a good combination."
