Sonic Drive-In

"Worst service we have had. We stopped on our way home with 3hrs left of our drive. Ordered 2 of the #3 (bacon double). Both no onion. And one with no cheese for dietary restrictions. They both had onion after we CLEARLY AND LOUDLY said no onion while ordering both meals. So it was said TWICE. The staff didn't put no onion on the board and didn't say anything about whether or not they had it originally after we said that (the menu picture makes it hard to tell, and doesn't list toppings well at the stall), so we hoped there were none to begin with. Well apparently there are. The picture also shows tomatoes on the burgers. NEITHER had tomato. And the fries were very stale. All of the food was luke warm at best. And my husband's cherry LIMEaid didn't have ANY lime slices. Not happy at all. We will not be returning when we take this drive again in the future."

"I didn’t get the name of the gentleman at the register but he was incredibly kind! The service was the best I’ve encountered in a while especially at a fast food restaurant. The food was fresh and hot despite it being an hour before close. Thank you so much!!!"

"I went to sonic for lunch today. I kept it simple, a double cheese burger and order of chedder crisps. The cheeseburger was good as usual. The chedder crisps were, amazingly tastee!!! They are normally pretty good. But today, those folks knew how to make chedder crisps even better then usual. Perfectly fried evenly and throughout, golden crisp but not at all burned or exploded. Delivered fresh from the fryer. Good work folks. I really enjoyed my meal today."

"This was supposed to be a chicken slinger with extra mayo. There’s little/no mayo, no pickles, and they clearly cooked the chicken AND the bread beyond the point of being edible. I will not ever return, I work in food service and this should have NEVER been served or paid for!"
