"Amended review: I tried for 4 days to get a receipt after spending $13,000 plus dollars on an install. I have written and I have called. Multiple emails went to Sarah and a phone call as well. Today I reached Jennifer and was not impressed. I told her my frustration about trying to get a receipt over the last several days. You could tell she could not identify with the frustration and without any affect said I will send you one in the mail tomorrow. No word of apology, no word of let me check on it and see what happened. I can only hope that I do not need to go through the office to arrange service or something more severe.
