"Crash champions in Grandview Missouri exceeded my expectations! When my Santa Fe window was busted out and someone tore up the ignition trying to steal it, I towed it to them and they were extremely helpful and informative. They made sure to call me and let me know exactly what was happening with parts; the communication was amazing. They had it fixed quickly and got me back on the road ASAP. I thought I was going to have to vacuum up glass etc. but they basically detailed it for me! It was perfect again. I was as happy with the way my Santa Fe was returned to me from Crash Champions in Grandview, as I was the day I drove it off the dealership lot! Thank you so much for everything you did for me.. "My son hit a deer in Kansas, and we randomly selected Crash Champions in Grandview. Our experience with the former GM did not start out well. Thankfully, Devon (GM) arrived and it all worked out well. Our experience from that point was positive. He was so focused on getting our car completed and provided excellent customer service along the way. Valerie and Devon were completely honest about delayed parts-which were out of their control. "I had 2 separate claims through insurance, one for deer damage and the other for an attempt hot wire. They were able to schedule and fix both at the same time. Customer service was superb. The estimate process was quick and thorough. During the repairs, I was estimated anywhere from a month to a month in a half due to backordered parts. Communication through the waiting period was amazing. They kept me up to date on potential finishing dates as well as when parts were arriving. After 5 weeks, my car was returned in much better shape then I left it! Overall, I am very satisfied with the work provided and would go back if ever needed."
