"Absolutely horrid. They just Willy nilly reschedule people , don't even check if the day works with them, or even schedule them with their actual doctor or therapist. AND then have the gall to tell me I owe them money for services Yea until your nurse calls and apologizes , you can spend your massive grants on my doctor's appointments, and when I find out what's wrong with me ,you can pay m even more with a negligence lawsuit."
"My DOCTOR asked if I wanted COVID tested and I said yes . My DOCTOR said I could go to my next appointment and then leave the moment the finished taking my test. For some reason my NURSE, decided to cancel my next appointment and try to make me wait in the room despite what my DOCTOR told me, and now I have to wait for another month for an appointment I've already had to wait multiple months for. Needless to say, I'm not paying my bill, send it to my nurse"
"Try to call them twice and no one is answering. Was try to reschedule. I like the place, but staff need to start answering calls."
"My 19 year old college student got sick over the weekend. They "tested" for strep. Then refused to administer any other tests and requested she go to the hospital. They scared her to death with their misdiagnosis, so I went down to pick her up. She was tested two days later and confirmed to have Strep. Got her on antibiotics and she's doing much better. Complete lack of care and professionalism."
"My story is a little long, but I really want to give Community Health the props they deserve. I really thought I was a lost cause and my life was going to be a never-ending cycle of suffering. I’ve had life-altering mental health problems for a decade now. My primary care physician at the time only took it seriously when I had a nervous breakdown and couldn’t take it anymore. That was after several years of trying to get help and being brushed off. In 2020, my depression became so bad that I no longer had anxiety. I considered driving my car into a tree every day. Eventually I took an online mental health screening at my husband’s insistence, which convinced me to seek a specialist’s help. I reached out to a few clinics around the Four State area and chose CHC. I saw Kayla, a psych NP, and one of their counselors, Charissa. Kayla believed what I told her from the beginning and I got diagnoses that thoroughly explained what I was experiencing, along with proper medication. Charissa helped me heal a lot of inner turmoil in therapy, which lets me live a much more relaxed, happy life. A year of therapy and good medicine has truly given me my life back. I didn’t think it was possible for me to feel some semblance of normalcy, but these ladies made it happen. Let me tell you, there is no shame in getting help if you have mental illness! Community Health has been nothing but great in supporting my healing."
