"Top notch service, clean facility, and professional business conduct. Seemed to do a great job recovering and keeping my dad's vehicle safe. My only complaint is that it rained heavily while we were waiting for the sherrif's office to release the truck to us, and the truck was not covered. I'm not sure that would have even been Barnes responsibility. The sherrifs office probably needed to tarp it or tell me to tarp it. Mr Barnes actually saw there was expensive equipment in the truck and took it into the shop for safe keeping. The guy is super professional and went out of his way to accommodate our checking on the equipment, retrieving items, and let us know the minute it was released so we didn't get a large storage fees bill. Top notch service, clean facility, and professional business conduct."
