"The sitting area was very clean, the employees were friendly. I suspect that the vast majority of their business is through the drive-thru, so I appreciate them maintaining the interior."

"Staff seems angry to be there or respond to a request. The floor is so sticky you can hardly move. Patrons are dwindling because this place is crumbling. Will say the night staff is lovely. The drive thru keeps this place in business. Do better please…"

"I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for literally years, has always been amazing (I’ve even tipped employees for being so wonderful and fast) but on March 11th 2024 at 3:41pm, I drove up to the box, no response (usually I would have waited, but I ordered online and was just picking up pre-paid order), so I pulled around to the window, the guy who opened the window was very polite, asked how he could help, so I explained ‘yes sir, I ordered online, just picking up’, and he turned to start gathering my items, this emotional disaster stormed up demanding to know what was going on, after he explained that I ordered online and was picking up, she came to the window and started yelling at me to go park since I didn’t want to wait for her on the speaker-box, I tried to explain that I did wait before coming to the window but she kept cutting me off by yelling at me. So I cut my truck off and asked for someone else to speak to, she looked me in the eyes and said ‘your moms a hoe’ before slamming the window and trying to take photos of me on her personal phone. Other employees that would try to intervene, she yelled at as well, so I assume she’s a manager of some sort. She finally came back to the window, with a totally different personality (being passive aggressive) ‘how may I help you’ and I repeated myself on trying to pick a order up that I had already paid for, so once again she started yelling at me to ‘get out her line’, when I asked for my food again she laughed and said she’s going to go make sure everything’s made right, then slammed the window and walked out of sight. After hearing that, I’ll never again eat here with the thought of her playing with my food always in my mind. Caucasian woman, mid 30s (I assume) kind of heavy-set build, refused to give me a name so that’s the best I can describe her. Checked my dash-cam and it picked up the audio (video just shows the front of my truck in the drive thru) of this interaction very clearly."

"I ordered the 4 for 4 (JR bacon cheese burger) *pictures right* my husband ordered the $5 biggie bag and we received hamburger meat, cheese and 2 slices of bacon between two pieces of bread. No mayo, lettuce, tomato. It was very dry and I could have made a better burger at home. As you can see from the pictures below, there is no difference between the two meals. It looks nothing like the pictures or meals we’ve ordered in the past. When you leave make sure you check your order or go elsewhere."

"Nice store. Very up-to-date. Could be cleaner though. The drink machines (very first thing in the morning) were still sticky from previous day. There was a chicken nugget in the middle of the open floor (I'm guessing from previous day), and the floors felt greasy/slick to walk on, even over by the bathrooms. This place won't look nice for long at this rate. So far it's nice because it's new enough. Hope that gets managed well. For now, I'd return, but I'll be watching for signs of further deterioration in cleanliness."
