"We ordered small caramel frappe and cheese burger combo, we pull to the window I told the guy will be two payments so delete the order for some reason he put small coffe, of course we did not notice bc there were not recipe, we pull to the second window and the guy were extremely rude and wanted to give me small coffe I told the guy I want frappe it doesn’t matter if I have to pay extra that’s fine we understood the guy sent the wrong order he actually admitted the mistake this other guy maybe manager with gray polo shirt white barb told me take your F# coffe and told the other guy give her the F# coffe, definitely I won’t definitely never back with that customer service terrible service from being manager"

"System didn’t pick up wife’s order and I even told him there were two “I can get my manager “ So the guy comes and says “sorry man it just showed youts but it u can have her send a picture of the confirmation I can fill it….” My wife already had….so I said “absolutely and I understand as I’m sure people scam all the time …..so I show hi him the confirmation and he says “ok “ and turns to …I guess get the two fries Well I was walking away to get our drinks and he must’ve thought I was out of ear shot and says “it’s only common f’ing sense ??!!!! (Actual f bomb ) I say nothing and fill the drinks he brings the fries and apologies…..as he turns away I confront him and ask “hey man did you just tell me your mistake in your system was to relate to “f’ing common sense to me …in a rude tone not a nice one if there were one you could say that way …… He says “look man I got your order just please leave ….” I’m not being aggressive or anything and I ask him what his name is and who his manager is and he absolutely refused to say any of it let alone who his manager is and gets so unprofessional and irate I thought we were going to have a fist fight in the lobby. Worst experience ever at a restaurant let alone McDonald’s. This guy made the company look so horrible. 1:45pm Monday 1-29-24"

"This place was exceptionally bad tonight. Deluxe chicken sandwich was fried beyond rock hard and dry. I can handle some crispy food, but there was no gnawing through this one. My 60lb boxer is still working on it. They also forgot a patty on one of our burgers. Manager was smoking a cig in the building with the door cracked. It’s not even 8:00 pm…get it together."

"The food was fine it’s McDonald’s so I know what to expect but the service is always seem to be subpar in the morning the service was horrid. I wanted to purchase extra syrup for me and my son‘s breakfast. Syrup is supposed to come with hotcakes and sausage already. I requested two extra syrups. I get out of line about to continue to my destination and realize that they’ve only given me my two syrups that I purchased, and not one that comes with the meal. I pulled back around to try and rectify the issue and I was told that they do not need to explain anything. I should know I need to learn and close the window in my face. All I I did not get my extra syrups that I purchased. They proceeded to tell me that I did not purchase them because they did not charge me for them even though I requested it and it showed up on the screen, Ivan said that part maybe should be explained more when someone makes an order. That’s when I was told I need to learn. The manager and the worker who assisted me were snarky and disrespectful. The workers name was Saidel. Nothing may come of this, but this is not the first time that I’ve had similar incidents at this McDonald’s this is the McDonald’s close to my home. This is the McDonald’s in my neighborhood that I want to continue to patron, but will not if I’m disrespected behind a request of syrup. I don’t know who will take time to read this. I normally do not do reviews but for such horrible customer service this early in the morning it’s unacceptable. Have a great day to whom they concern , thank you"

"Possibly the best McDonald's that I have had in a long time. I got a Crispy Chicken Deluxe Meal and the chicken barely fit in the box (no complaint). My order was fast, fresh, correct and the employees were friendly. I couldn't have asked for anything else."
