Taco Bell

"They messed up our order (2 completely wrong items) and then the lady at the window called over the manager and then they tried to tell us they cannot change it, or do anything about it. They had a slight attitude about it as well. We finally accepted what they told us, we would have to completely re-order, so we went ahead and re-did the order and had to pull back around to the drive through speaker. When we got to the window again to get the new order the lady just threw her arm out with the bag, didn't look our way, and said "Have a good night" in the most sarcastic tone ive ever heard as she literally slammed the window shut. She hadn't even handed us the drink for that order yet, and had we not yelled out "Wait we still have a drink with that order" she wouldn't have opened the window again. She had to pour the drink after we reminded her about it because she had totally forgotten it... So that would have been another messed up order had we not reminded her. This was 100% the most ridiculous interaction I've ever experienced. It was embarrassing on them to the point it was laughable instead of angering. Whatever is going on here needs to change if it is going to succeed."

"I went to Taco Bell. It had to be close to 10 PM. This happened on a Sunday night and these people were very ratchet to say the least. I went to order and they had the nerve to tell me that they are only taking orders for Door Dashers because they don’t have any staff. Why were you still open? If you didn’t have any staff you should’ve been closing the place down!! The issue is you guys are lazy and you are liars!! If you don’t want to work find a new job that you enjoy doing!! When I used to work in fast food people took pride in their job! People these days that are working fast food are so ghetto!! They probably don’t wash they hands they probably dirty all they do is sit on they phone and text!! Just a hot mess! I will be making my own Taco Bell from here on out! Also, the jacked up part about this whole situation is there was a person in front of me, and I know they wasn’t a door dasher, but they were able to order and she was about to give them her money to pay for her food but they let her have it for free! This is very disappointing and I don’t see this Taco Bell being open for very long with service like this. We can’t have nothing!"

I just want what I ordered like when I order a Supreme taco and pay extra for tomatoes, I feel there should be more than 1 tiny piece of tomato. Literally. I am attaching a photo. Also this is not the 1st time I've ordered twists and received 0. This time I ordered 2. Got neither were in the bag. I just want what I ordered. Is that so much to ask?"
