"I'm not sure if Dennis was who came and fixed my dryer but whoever came -Was friendly and nice. -Explained to me throughout the process what they were doing and why. -Told and showed me what was wrong and how they fixed it. -Had all the right tools and parts on hand especially for not knowing beforehand what would be wrong to know what parts to bring. -Experienced and knowledgeable; he said it was a rare problem but still knew how to fix it. -They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. -I feel charged fair pricing. *Only thing I would say is taking the dryer apart kind of left a mess all over the floor but other than that everything was great! Would recommend!"
