"The lady at the counter taking the orders was not very knowledgeable, not helpful and waayyy over charged me. I ordered the pick 2 and she charged me for a whole sandwich of 13.00 (should have been a half of sandwich) and another 11.00 for the small soup and drink when in all reality the whole meal shouldn't have been more than 12.00."

"I get the monthly sip club for free with my Walmart+ membership so, I began using it about 4 months ago and I have not been back to SB since! I absolutely love their coffees, teas & charged lemonades when I need energy or something refreshing. The app makes it easy to pickup ASAP and very rarely is my food order wrong. I have a serious addiction to their soups and bagels. The app gives you so many rewards based on visits that I end up getting a lot of my food for either free or pretty cheap. This is my go to for “fast food”. It’s healthy, fresh and delicious!"

"It feels like Panera has lost the personal touch. The food is still good. Not much human interaction. Last time I ate in I got a nice salad and sandwich. I enjoyed my meal by myself, only person I saw was when I picked up my food. Then recently I ordered take out to be picked up at the drive through. I got the soup to feed 4 and sandwiches. The sandwiches seemed to be small for so called full size sandwiches. The thing that bothered me most was the soup. It was mostly liquid and was about 2 servings. We stretched it to 3 but no way it was 4. So we ordered food for 4 but had to add our own food to feed 4. It really was enough for 2. I would have come out ahead ordering a meal for each person. I will not be doing the family meals or the drive thru any time soon. Disappointing compared to what Panera used to be. Would be nice if someone responds to my review."

"The person at the drive-thru was very nice but not as attentive as I'd hoped. They asked a bunch of questions about my coffee order in an attempt to get it right, but they ended up giving me an iced one instead of a hot one like I originally ordered. Also, my niece's breakfast sandwich didn't have cheese even though she specifically asked for it. The wait in the drive-thru line was already longer than expected, and we didn't have time to have them fix it as we were on a time crunch (the whole reason we opted for car service instead of going inside), so it was just disappointing."

"Had a really nice experience here. The food is what you expect from Panera, and I really liked ordering at the kiosk to customize my meal, which was prepared exactly as I ordered. I forgot to pick up my bakery items immediately after placing the order (they weren't automatically put with our meals at the pickup window, which I didn't realize at first), but we were able to swing by at the end of our stay to show the receipt and get them. Staff members were friendly and jumped in to help me with a drink dispenser when they noticed it wasn't working quite right for me. Fairly open, airy space with lots of natural light. Perfectly fine spot for lunch on a Sunday afternoon."
