"Had 2 tires blowout in freezing cold. Called several places , wait 10-12 hours , called spedco make me wait over 4 hours on side off the highway. Then try to call here. Jenifer answered and said don’t worry we will get to you asap. She saved our day , we had load to delivered and pick up , we made it , all because off her and mechanic Ben Williams. Despite freeze outside he change tires with no time. Thank you !!!!!!!!!!"

"They were deceptive about the time it would take to fix our truck. We were told the specialist arrives at noon and would get working right away. The specialist arrived at 16:00!! He said he would get to our truck soon but only began working that night. We were then told it would be done the following day by lunch. At lunch, we were told we are waiting for that same specialist who again arrived around 16:00. We spent 31 hours there waiting to be serviced. If we were told that right away, we would have gone somewhere else. It seemed intentional on their part to not lose a customer but cost us a lot of issues with the load we were hauling at the time. What's worse is he broke down 70 miles later! He called a different company for roadside assistance and was told TA improperly installed the hoses."
