"Been going here for about 2 years to get my oil changed. Car broke down recently. Upon further investigation found out not only was the wrong type of oil being put in, but the oil filter wasn’t tighten down from my last visit. My car takes a specific OEM oil blend. The synthetic high mileage blend they were putting in it isn’t recommended by the car manufacturer. On top of that the oil has been seeping and spraying out all over my engine because of the oil filter. The low oil level has caused 3 gaskets on my engine to go out. They denied my claim saying they disagreed and looked at the video so that was final. Of course the video isn’t going to show how tight they fasten the oil filter but you can see from the picture of the plastic engine cover, it has oil all over it. The manager here is young and not very professional when I spoke to him. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Update: Valvoline responded to this review right away. There was no investigation and nothing was addressed or resolved. The manager just brushed all this off saying no fault and closed out the claim with no evidence or explanation on his part. I showed my evidence, why can’t they? So if you are seeing their response it’s not true. They just don’t want to own up to the mistake."
"Had problems here twice once they left cap off my Daughter's Scion. I gave them another shot they put the wrong oil filter on. Jacob in charge was very rude actually told me my complaint wouldn't matter and that the place was privately owned and its gonna do me no good to complain. I called headquarters etc. Save you're $ save you're car. I will never use this place again. No stars !"
"I got my oil changed and noticed a leak afterwords. I took it back to the shop, they bought me a new oil plug(it was leaking) then topped all my fluids off and changed my oil again. All for free. Now that is great customer service"
