"Just wanted to start out by saying o’reilys price matches! To start About as unfriendly as you can get. Helpful yes, but don’t get on there bad side or they will let you know. Out of spite he gave me a penny off my purchase. Have never in my experience dealt with this type of behavior. I guess they feel they make enough money to step on the little guy. And if you ask to price match anything in the store they will let you know how terrible you are to even suggest saving a dollar. Very cold! But they did have what I was looking for and luckily won’t be needing to buy anything from that particular Napa for a while! I understand people have bad days but you should try not to take it out on your customers."
"They accept triple A and AARP for discounts. The same 2 service employees are always working behind the counter. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and usually better than AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts. They accept returns as well with a smile. I will be back with more business soon for my older truck. ✌️"
"NAPA was always the gold standard but often higher priced and for a decade or so price was my highest concern. (Also Irish parts store very near home.) I told my wife I'd shop 4 local parts stores before she shopped online. NAPA had needed part, in stock, for $100 less. Comparable to online without the shipping delay. Will be back"
"Just wonderful. The male store employees treated me with dignity and respect and not treat me like an idiot because I was a female and just because I was looking for power steering fluid. A very polite they were wonderful men and I would definitely go here again."
"I was actually surprised when I went in and asked for a voltage regulator for a 1955 Farmall Cub tractor. He asked 6 or 12 volt, I said 6 and he went and grabbed one and brought it to me. Now I can finish my rewire project and not have to wait to get one delivered!"
