"I could not say better things about my experience with this dental office. They fit me in the next day since I had an emergency. Dr. Marcus Ramos-Pearson was so helpful and kind. He did his very best explaining what I needed done and my treatment options. The dental hygienist also took the best x-rays I have ever had taken. "Absolutely horrible experience. Made a 9am appointment waited over an HOUR before I was even seen. Sat in the chair while multiple people walked back and forth tons of people in the lobby and no patients in chairs, people asking who was going to take who. Finally someone was able to assist me started applying composite only to tell me that they could not complete the service because I needed a retainer when the entire point of my visit was due to the fact that my retainer had cracked and broke. No one over the phone clearly made notes in my file, no one relayed any details. I sat there with wires cemented to my mouth only for her to have to rip them out and reschedule me after 3 hours of completely wasting my time because everyone is running around laughing and joking on their phones and not documenting when they should be. Of course they took my money up front now I have to wait a week for a refund and another week to be seen. Comfort dental braces do better!"
