"I highly recommend him. My teen just finished Invisalign there. Dr Moon has excellent bedside manner-he is kind, patient, and answers all your questions. We did get opinions from a few orthodontists and he gave us treatment options we were comfortable with for our son. (Another orthodontist wanted to pull the baby tooth that has a missing adult tooth, which is a more aggressive approach. There is nothing wrong with the baby tooth and might last him into his 20s-30s or later.)"

While Dr. Moon may be talented in his field, he can be very impatient, harsh, and quick to temper when provided feedback or when asked questions about a procedure or process. It could also be true that this may not be how he treats all his patients, and may be directed to minorities and people of color. If you are looking for an orthodontist who really cares about his patients and not just $$, and who will take time and walk you through the process or procedure, please look elsewhere."

"To say I am impressed with Dr Moon is an understatement. He used to be an engineer and you can tell. He is very thorough in details with his explanation of treatment. He is also very honest. My daughter was told by two other orthodontist that she needed braces for her overbite. He said her overbite was only 10% and not needed, unless I wanna perfection she doesn’t need braces. My son, wasn’t great at wearing his bands to correct his overbite so he put him in an appliance and didn’t charge him for the appliance saying he feels that’s part of the treatment if it wasn’t working , then it’s not an additional charge. I am so happy that I chose him as our orthodontist."
