The assistant who did the initial scans and questioning found ways to connect with me as a human, not just a patient. When the doctor came, she was kind, patient, and listened to what I had to say. It was clear to her after only a few moments that the procedure I needed was Walmart I feared. At that point, though, I felt at ease and she explained what would be happening and continued to keep me informed each step of the way."

I would add one thing I have arthritis and it was so cold it would have been helpful to have a warm blanket. My regular dentist gives me a lightweight heated blanket and it helps."

"Just had my procedure today after contacting them by email yesterday. I had already had a lot done with my tooth last week (temp crown due to breakage on molar). I had a LOT of jaw pain still after 6 days had gone by. I felt completely comfortable with Dr Kim from the very beginning. I did have a little sensation, but none of it lasted very long and not too intense. The explanation was thorough and easy to understand. Dr Kim listened to all my concerns and made my post op comfort a priority. All of the staff are kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this office to others!"
