"My experience in this office was absolutely wonderful. I have never had my teeth feel that clean after a cleaning! My dental hygienist was amazing, and I really wish I caught her name. Dr. Tinnel was also incredibly sweet and had great positive energy. They were completely informative and were really thorough. My first time going and It was spotless and pristine, exactly what you would want for a dental office but even better. Overall, just a truly positive experience."

"I had my first appointment 12/12/23. When I first walked in to the office, I was immediately impressed. It's such a bright and welcoming space and the front office staff immediately greeted me. Check in was easy and quick. My hygienist, Kat came to get me quickly after and she had such a sweet and cheerful attitude right from the start. I explained the fact I have anxiety and she reassured me she would do everything possible to keep me comfortable. Throughout my entire exam she checked in with me and kept a pleasant conversation going where she asked me about myself and shared some of her back story as well. Once we were finished she explained the findings in detail and answered all my questions. Then I met with the doctor and found myself impressed even further. She introduced herself and we chatted for a second before she did her own exam. Just like Kat she explained everything with great detail and we came up with a treatment plan for my oral care. My experience left me feeling so relieved and almost excited for the future as I am trying to fix the lack of care I've been giving my mouth over these last few years. I will happily suggest this office to anyone! I look forward to my next visit, no longer filled with dread and anxiety! I appreciate the care and compassion from everyone here!"

"I had work done in another state but did not have time to get a filling done before I came back to KC. I appreciate the work that dentists do but I don't like being the one getting the work done on! So I researched out several recommendations I got. Checked out reviews on various websites, etc. It all narrowed down to HT Family Dental as being rated very highly. So I went the other day not knowing if the work was going to be done the same day and it was. For the first time in my life, I never felt the needle going in and no discomfort throughout the procedure. That to me was a big thing. I don't enjoy going to the dentist but I do it because it is the smart thing to do for your health and well being. I understand "dental" fear, having lived in it for yrs, but you have to push through it. The staff were great and the office is beautiful. Will I go back??? Scheduled my next cleaning in March!"
