"Great doctor. Love Haley. Must figure out a better billing procedure and person. Kathy says “doctor doesn’t do insurance”and wants to collect for procedures immediately. When per insurance you must bill first and then collect deductible or coinsurance. Horrible communication and confrontational with patients in front of their kids. Had the nerve to say you pay for your hair to get done at time of service. Yeah I don’t have insurance on my hair. I will never return!"
