"It has been more than 10 years since I set foot in a McDonald's and this visit reminded me of why. The burger was tasteless and fries luke-warm, and I was totally shocked to see that a QP now cost $9 ... seriously? Service was worse than ever. It is as if they don't want to talk to you anymore. They took my order and walked away. The guy behind me told me that my number was on the receipt, and they would bring it to me. I am not sure that is his job to tell me that, but I appreciated it. Bathroom was atrocious. Urinal hanging off the wall. Sink running water with nobody in the room and paper towels scattered everywhere ... oh, and some creepy employ making weird noises in the stall. Folks ... seriously ... why does anyone continue to put any faith in this place or actually pay for food from here."

"Good food, most of the time...which can be annoying, since you either have to pull forward and wait for almost everthing I order, or I have to wait for "cold fries". This is totally unexceptionable, since fries cost almost $5, and at that price, and still having to wait after the order...they should be HOT!"

"I go to this one because the one closer to me is always packed but I’d rather wait longer and get better service than come here anymore. They gave me a latte with just milk. I asked for it to be remade and the lady just said she will refund it because “it just looks like that “ like no it was whiter than snow and tasted like nothing but milk. So I asked for another drink and was told “it won’t make a difference. “ so I got the refund and went to the one closer. It looked completely different and tasted right. Each time I go it’s always a problem with something. They are fast but the service is terrible. I waste more time hopping back in line, trying to get things right versus just waiting longer at the other one."

"Excellent meal and service each and every time! They go the extra mile when needed to do so! Always friendly and clean whether visiting the drive thru or inside facilities! Never had a wrong order, never! You won't be disappointed!"
