"As always, they want you to pull forward so they can lie about their drive through times. I Ordered a number 2 when they asked me to pull forward, I ask if they could bring a refill of my Dr. Pepper and they told me they couldn't do that. So it's okay for them to lie about there drive thru times to Corporate but not okay to lie about how much soda you've gone through."

"So I’m not trying to be funny, but the guy with the missing teeth I don’t know his name so that’s the only way I can identify with the gray big beard was super rude to me I asked for a water at the last minute, and (he said you could have told me at the the food menus) his weird not mine…. and rolled his eyes I honestly forgot Did not have to be rude like that and Iam a bartender I was going to tip him five bucks just for me doing that last min!!!"

"I arrive sometimes at about five fifteen AM so that I can select a meal for my autistic friend as I take him to his work at six am. Every time I have ordered here there is a friendly crew member, the same one, who gets my order correct and says "Good morning" and "Have a great day". She should get a raise for her exceptional customer service! I recommend you come here in the morning time around 6 am and you will see what I mean."

"Waited 40 minutes for my food. They seemed a little busy, so I was being patient. After 20 minutes, I went back through the drive thru to ask them about my food (single digit temps and 2 little kids in car). They told me they would get my food out to me right away. 20 minutes after that, someone finally came with my food. Just horrible!"

"They like to forget food. I’ve ordered a few times just for 1 sandwhich or fries to not be in there. Apple pie? Missing. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes they’re super nice sometimes the person at the window is rude. At least the food is warm."
