"Have had multi issues from the Liberty location have spent a total of over 12hrs there over three appointments for them to try and figure out a tpms sensor and still never fixed it. Took my car up there today after being told its first come first served dropped the car off at 8am and was told I was the first one then at 3 I called since I haven’t heard anything since they said they would call when it was done. After setting on hold for 10 mins I was then told that they weren’t gonna be able to get to me today that the only guy that does inspections is rebuilding an engine and wouldn’t have time."

"Update: they must've seen the review since they reached out and refunded my money. I'll give 2 stars (instead of 1) for trying to make it right, but the people that looked at my car were clearly making things up, thinking I didn't know anything about cars. I'm still afraid for others being taken advantage of. Original review: SCAM. Said they couldn't do the alignment, but charged for it anyway. Tried to get us to buy new tires to help the alignment (lie). Actually made the car worse. Will never go there again."

"The guy who helped me at the start was amazing. said it would be about a hour for them to get me in to balance my tires. A hour later I come back and talk to a girl named Rachel. I then informed her I was told to come back in a hour for a balance appointment, and she quickly told me “No that can’t happen today due to a emergency flat repair” even thought I was told to come back in a hour, and that’s all i was told before she walked away and didn’t help me again. Standing there for 5 minutes, I decided to leave and go to Discount Tire."
