"After having gone to a tire place, I think big O tires and they ““ fixed my tire, but they didn’t know what they did to it and I still had low pressure pretty much daily and it was getting increasingly worse. I took it too good your tires where they only heard my concerns, but they investigated it to the held at the end 20 bucks in a bad bead was the issue, but that wouldn’t be apparent to the naked eye, especially given that they had to check for a leak in the tire and a leak in the stem. I appreciate it all the effort and the honesty of the service workers."

"Made an appointment for 8am a week ago to have 4 tires put on. Currently sitting in the waiting area for 2 + hours. I wouldn’t suggest this business if you’re not wanting to spend an entire Saturday waiting to have tires put on. If you can’t honor an appointment and perform it in a timely manner then I would suggest a reevaluation of your scheduling process."

"I went to have an oil change done at another place, and I was told that they could not change my oil due to the hood of my car not closing and liability. However, I called Goodyear and though they were fully booked, they told me to leave my car with them. They looked at my hood and discovered it would be a very minor fix, and they did so at no charge. Also, the oil change was done at a very reasonable price. This was my first time going here, but I certainly would go back if I was not moving soon. I was very impressed with their service."
