"Technicians are dirty. Has happened several times. Dirty Oily Greasy handprints left on Hood, Doors Steering Wheel and shifter. Also no reason why it would take 2hrs for an oil change. Zeck Ford has really gone downhill over the last couple of years. Will not be back for purchase, service or quick lane."
"Really great service! My 1999 7.3l diesel F350 was leaking oil around the oil pan, and I took it in to ascertain the source of the leak. The service advisor escorted me into the service bay where the mechanic provided a detailed explanation of the problem, explained that this could be a very expensive repair, and advised me of lower-cost repair options. I really appreciate the service advisor’s and mechanic’s expertise and customer-focused attitude, and they reinforced the trust and confidence that this dealership has earned with me over the last 25 years. Zeck Ford is obviously very experienced and efficient at providing top-notch customer service!"
"Let’s start at the beginning…I called Zeck Service to make an appointment because the air conditioning in my car wasn’t working. This was the second time I would be bringing my car in for this issue. However, it wasn’t just the air. When the air cut out, it stopped my windows from working as well. I spoke with Debbie; she wasn’t very pleasant to talk to. She retorted, “I told you the air and windows were not connected the first time” (well apparently they are as when the air stops, the windows do too). Anyways, I take my car in for service. About a week later I had heard nothing about my car when I was originally told it would be about four days. I called Zeck for a status update and again talked to Debbie. Rudely, she told me, “I’ll call you!” Another couple of days went by when I received a call saying my car was ready. I paid almost $500. When I got in my car, guess what wasn’t working…the air or windows. I immediately went back inside and informed Debbie that the issue wasn’t fixed; she didn’t believe me. She came out, it worked for a moment, then cut back out. Debbie saw this and kept my car for servicing again. After being kept over a week, and now again, I was offered no loaner vehicle. About another week later I received a call saying my car was ready and I would have to pay another $200. Absolutely NOT! I had just paid $500 and it wasn’t fixed! It wasn’t until a male friend who pretended to be my “husband” stepped in and said that I wouldn’t be paying anymore that it was agreed that I could come pick up my car. I went again to get my car and guess what again…the air and windows aren’t working! Debbie sees this again and again my car is kept for servicing. This time I am finally offered a loaner vehicle by Debbie, but instead of talking to me (it’s my car), she’s asking my “husband” if he wants an F-150. She was extremely accommodating and nice at this point. After another week, I finally got my car back in working condition without paying any extra. Probably will not return for service."
"Had an 8 am appointment for my vehicle on 9/22. I dropped it off, they took care of a recall but as of 9/25 they hadn't actually worked on it, and said it could still be a few business days. No thanks. What's the point in having an appointment?"
"The whole thing started out great, I turned my truck in after hitting a deer. Everything was going well until they refused to install the aftermarket bumer and grill guard. I told them from the beginning that I wanted a particular part installed. After they started the other work that needed to be done, I was informed that they didn't feel comfortable installing the item. They tried to sublet it to a different company that was going to charge me $600 to install. I said no. I called my insurance company and explained everything. So now I have my bumper and grill guard in the bed of my truck, waiting for my mechanic to install it! I've been here before and received great service, but I will never go back!"
