"Reason i give one star is due to lack of customer service. I am a loyal customer with commercial account, had to argue with an employee on ordering a part but little do they know i can look up online to find the part and then call back to tell them the part number . I call for them to do their job instead of me doing their job. I have been through many encounters with them and it is very dissatisfying . I would rather drive a town over just to go to oreillys to get better service."
