"I had taken my mower to another John Deere dealer twice and had talked to them several times, and after $300+, they were still unable to diagnose and fix the problem. Angie at Agrivision diagnosed the problem over the phone, two very pleasant men picked up the mower the same day, diagnosed the same problem, fixed it and returned it two days later for under $200. On top of that, they didn't charge me for pick up or delivery because they were in the area. This is the only company I will use in the future."
