"Great customer service! Just "Uggh" news for me."

"This is the best tire store in the whole state of Nebraska especially Lincoln. I needed tires for my army truck and everyone in Lincoln Either did not have my tire size or for them to install it. It would have been up to a month waiting for an appointment. I needed tires that day, my tires were beyond serviceable. Call everybody no one was able to help me so I gave Harmons a call. He had the tires in stock but he mentioned it it’s kind of a weird size and he recommended me to go to a bigger size that would fit my needs a lot better and he was able to mount and balance tires that day. Keep in mind this truck only does 40 miles an hour And I was in Lincoln. No tire shop in Lincoln was willing to help. However, these guys were so I drove three hours down here. Got tires put on could not be happier with the service. This place is the best tire shop in the whole state, I am more than willing to drive three or more hours to get tires put on. You cannot beat a small town tire store. These guys will have my business for years to come."

"Ordered tires online and had them delivered. They refused to mount and balance them because i did not get the tires through them. There are not any other places besides dealerships down here. Sorry I've wasted over a grand with them in the past. It won't happen again."

"We had a blow out on our travel trailer on our way to Indian Cave State Park. A local in Falls City told us we were lucky because Harmon’s OK Tire Store was down the road and they were the best tire store in the area. He said people came form three different states to get there tires there He was right, this tire store is the best I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They have an incredible inventory of tires and were able to replace ours on the spot. They even did a safety inspection on our other tires. They got us back on the road quickly. I highly recomend Harmony’s Tire Store."

"Camping at Indian Cave State Park over the weekend, trailer cotter pin punctured a side wall - we were in quite a bind. Made it down to the shop on Saturday morning @ 10a, they quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me options for new or used tires, got a tire mounted and balanced and by 11 we were back on the road. Great people to work with, really got us out of a jam. Highly recommend."
