"Customer service today was pretty much non-existent......I asked about a particular plant, was told it was in the Greenhouse, but could be anywhere out there. Checking out was like being at the DMV. We have used this facility every year for the last 6 years and have never, ever had these problems. Instead of one on the register, one on the cell phone and one guy out front writing up orders, it probably would've helped if the cell phone user had gone outside to help. What happened to Banting's customer service?????"
"Bought 14 shrubs for close to $1,200.00 in April. I had three die within 6 weeks, was not able to go back until today due to illness in family. I asked about any guarantee and the lady said NO. Tried to come up with any excuse to make it my fault. 1st pic, two plants side by side (3 bushes in pic, you have to look for the dead one on the left). Same drip system watering all of these bushes but she said that I must not have given it enough water during a dry spell (they are all on a timer and the drip system is functioning properly). 2nd pic..same thing. 3rd pic all good here all planted, watered, tended to exactly the same...3 dead. Did not even take the time to look at my pictures, think I interrupted lunch. I won't go back and suggest you find a different nursery."
