"I placed an order on 2-28-2022 to be picked up today, 3-1-2022 at noon. I explained pickup may be after noon time frame b/c my Son’s Aunt is one picking arrangement up & wasn’t sure of exact time of pickup but will be before close of business. On 3-1-2022 my Son’s Aunt gets to Flowood, MS store & there’s a sign up saying, “store is closed sorry for inconvenience!” What???? While she’s taking a picture she notices a woman in the store so she knocks & the woman comes to door. She explained I’m here to pick up my order but it says you’re closed. The lady in store asks for our order #, it was provided & she then says, the order isn’t ready!!!! WHAT?????? So my Son’s Aunt has to wait for an order that was supposed to be ready at noon today!!!! I’m very dissatisfied & I will never order from here again!!!! If your store was closed then my order should’ve never been taken nor my money!!!! As I look at other reviews this Store has received it appears they need to restart or consider if they should be in business at all!!! Too many bad reviews for me!!! I normally look at reviews too but it’s an edible arrangement shouldn’t be a bad experience!!!! Horrible experience!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!"

"HORRIBLE! My sisters birthday was today so her husband placed an order for delivery. The person delivering fell outside her workplace and the arrangement was destroyed. He came in to show her the accident. After making sure the man was ok he left and said they’d make a new one. She called to see how he was and if they were sending a new one and they said they had no one to deliver so her husband would have to pick it up. No problem but wanted to know if he was charged for delivery. That set the owner off & she then asked to speak to her manger @ the workplace saying she was going to get an attorney bc her employee was hurt.. She was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. Do not order from them! Very unprofessional!!!"

"Awful service!!! Placed a delivery Sunday for an order for great aunt birthday Monday. They delivered after 5 and called and deliverer stated no one was at home. Followed up on Tues to see will there be a redelivery, they stated "no "because the how was a vacant house and unsafe. The driver was at the wrong house so, what's the purpose of providing an address if you're not going to deliver to the address provided. They chose to do a refund instead and thought I was going to argue about your deliverer going to the wrong address. If it's unsafe, you should screen addresses before attempting to deliver- I wouldn't dare have anyone going to a vacant house. Should have read these reviews before ordering!!!! Advice for deliverers: Quick going by Google Maps and look at House Numbers in the future!!"

"As stated by many others, orders seem to either not deliver or are incomplete. Ordered a strawberry box and flowers for today and only the strawberries were delivered. Called but of course only voicemail option so I am skeptical I will get a resolution tonight. I will wait and see what the reply is or if I can get a hold of them tomorrow, but anything less than a refund now will not change my rating. Will order from elsewhere in the future."

"I DO NOT recommend this Edible Arrangement location! My order was received at 10:00 am, however, it wasn't delivered to the recipient until 4:30 pm that evening. I initially called the location around noon to see the status of the delivery and I was told that the driver usually returns around 1:00 pm to do the second half of his deliveries. By 3:00 pm, I still hadn't heard anything and the recipient of the arrangement was starting to complain about having to be confined at home waiting on this arrangement. Only then was I told that the driver got hung up in traffic (making him over 2 hours late returning to the store). I call bologna. It seems to me they need to do a better job keeping up with where their drivers REALLY are. Also, I should have been notified the moment they found out his delivery would be prolonged. People have other things to do rather than sit at home waiting for a delivery. This was an inconvenience for myself and the person I sent the arrangement to and it's totally unacceptable. I have received products from Edible Arrangements and sent to others in the past and I have never had an experience like this. Usually, it takes 2 hours (tops) to deliver."
