"I come to this Michael's location fairly often and I always have a pleasant experience, but today was my first experience with anyone in the framing department. I just had to come leave a review to recommend Jessica for all of their framing projects! Jessica was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful! I will 100% come back to see her for my projects in the future!!"

"I have always hated how small this location is. They have some really great stuff in there though. I hate I walk around the store and not a single worker greetedq me once. I stood in front of a group of workers trying to get help and they flat out just ignored my presence. The only thing that saved my experience was the lady working it the frames department. She was extremely helpful and nice. She assisted me well more than I could’ve asked for. If not for her this store would probably only get a two star review out of me. Military discount accepted"

"If I could give negative stars I would. The manager Dana is extremely rude and could not understand the return policy which is very clearly stated. She even read it OUT LOUD and then refused to give me the refund the way it was stated to be given. The poor girl behind the register didn’t know what to say."

"The store overall is very nice but today I was disappointed at the customer service I received from the young man that was assisting me at the register. Very nonchalant and unattentive. Hopefully he gets better at his job or hopefully I won’t have to deal with him again."
