"Mrs. Cindy was super helpful and sweet from the very beginning. She set up a visit that worked best with our schedule, and we fell in love with the puppy at first sight. We chose a Belgian Malinois puppy that had been through their first step of training, so the trainer performed his obedience training skills in front of us. The connection between the trainer and the puppy was evident, with mutual respect and affection. Just reflects the exceptional care and love they must show their dogs. Mrs. Cindy also walked us through how to incorporate him into our home and things to do to help him and myself. She reassured us and answered all of our questions.
