"I would not recommend this place to anyone. She kept my puppy till 7:00pm. I could not get in touch with her all day after I dropped him off at 9:00am. Then, I had to keep just pulling up by her house until I saw some man in the yard walking around. I was then able to pick up my puppy. He had not been groomed at all."

"Don’t Bring your fur-babies here! Back when her place was by Chimes.. I boarded my schnauzer dog with her. I was out of town for a week.. called and stated I was coming to pick up my baby … she talked me into waiting until the next day since it was evening time. When I picked her up the next morning she was LIFELESS and laying in urine. I took her and brought her to the vet. She was dehydrated and passed away. My dog walk in there and never walked out. She admitted to not giving her water because she would urinate on herself. I beat myself up everyday that I didn’t sue her!"

"We boarded with Linda after reading some good reviews. Our dog stayed with her for a week while we were on vacation. She knew we were coming home on Saturday and we previously discussed that we wanted her to get a summer cut and bathed. After calling and communicating throughout the day on Saturday she told us to pick her up at 5pm. We called at 5 for her to tell us to come for 6:30 pm. My husband picked her up at 6:45 and she was still not ready and she finally released her at 7pm. She told us she got bitten by a dog and we just felt that things happen and shrugged it off. When she got home one back leg was wrapped from the 'dog bite' and she had a limp in the other hind leg. After calling her to find out what happened she was very unprofessional and kept changing her story. We asked why she did not call and let us know and she said it was no big deal. Moving forward we took her to the vet because the dog is not using her back leg AT ALL. After the vet inspected the dog bit she confirmed that the injury was a very deep cut from clippers. The other leg has a torn ACL with a surgery at the cost of $4,000. Linda NEVER called us to see how our dog was doing. We are heartbroken to have our dog so mistreated from someone who is suppose to have the best interest of your pet in mind."

"Took my dog to this groomer at 10 in the morning for a apt., she didn’t tell me they would be there until 5, when I got there at 5 they still weren’t ready. The shop was very dirty and the floor was flooded with water. Then she had the nerve to tell me “ this isn’t the place for you” because I questioned her on why she didn’t tell me it would take all day. Are u suppose to have a license to cut dogs hair????? If so no one checks on her. The worst part is her reviews where all good. Then to top it off when she finished at 5:30 the hair cut where not very good!!!!!! Yikes, don’t believe the reviews ……"

"This place is great! I wouldn't trust my pet with anyone else. When I board my dog without getting it groomed she still gives my dogs a thorough bath. When she grooms my other dogs she does a nice even trim, their nails are trimmed and my dogs are nice and clean. Linda takes good care of my dogs and I know they'll come home looking great!"
