"Rem is amazing!! Not only is he highly qualified as a tech, but he is diligent, very responsive, personable and caring!! My computer crashed while I was out of town on vacation...all my data disappeared! I took it to a local tech who was recommended by my neighbor and who had an excellent Better Business Bureau rating. That tech was stumped and not able to correct the problem. Rem responded immediately...even taking time late into the evening to make the needed repairs and help me restore my programs!!
