"I brought my laptop to On-Site over my Christmas break from college. It was running slow, taking 10-15 minutes just to load the sign-in screen. My laptop is primarily used for my schoolwork, so I really couldn't afford for it to die on me in the middle of the semester... I also couldn't afford a huge price tag for repairs or a new laptop if it came to that! After giving On-Site a call, I dropped my laptop off with Will late in the afternoon, just a few days before Christmas. On-Site installed a solid-state hard drive and transferred all of my files onto the new drive. They also did a good cleaning of my laptop's interior, including the fan. They had it back to me the next day. Total cost was $200, far less than the price of anyone else I had called, or a new laptop! My laptop loads everything in what feels like the blink of an eye now. It takes literally three seconds to power on and off. (Side note: I also felt really good supporting a family-owned, local business.) I'm thoroughly impressed with their speedy service and will be returning to On-Site in the future should I have any computer repair issues."
